All you need to know about Catbrook, for residents and visitors
Catbrook is a small village in the south east of Wales, UK, on the ridge between the Wye and the Usk Valleys. It is almost at the centre of the 15 miles between Monmouth and Chepstow designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (one of only 41 in Britain) and about two miles from the historic Tintern Abbey, and also Trellech, the site of the lost City of Trellech, once the largest urban settlement in medieval Wales.
